Introduction

This privacy policy explains how the Cloud Media Streamer app handles personal data. In short: we do not collect any personal data through the app.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, track, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use third‑party analytics SDKs or targeted advertising.

Data Protection and Security

Cloud Media Streamer is designed to access your Cloud drives (like Google Drive, oneDrive, etc...) so that you can browse, manage, and modify your files. Because this requires broad read/write access, we apply strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

• Minimal data storage — Cloud Media Streamer does not upload, store, or copy the contents of your Cloud Drive files to our servers. All file operations (viewing, editing, renaming, moving, deleting) occur directly between your device and your Cloud provider's servers.
• No human access — We do not view, analyze, or manually access your Cloud Drive data. No employee or third party can access your files.
• End‑to‑end encrypted communication — All communication between the app, and Cloud APIs is protected using industry‑standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Secure OAuth token handling — OAuth tokens are stored only on your device using secure system‑level storage (Keychain on iOS, encrypted storage on Android). Tokens are additionally encrypted at the application level to provide an extra layer of protection. Tokens are never transmitted to our servers.
• Least‑privilege access — Although the app requires broad Drive access to function as a file manager, it only performs actions that you initiate.
• No data sharing — We do not sell, rent, or share your Cloud Drive data, metadata, or account information with any third party.
• Revocable at any time — You can revoke Cloud Media Streamer’s access to your Cloud account at any time from your your provider Account security settings. Once revoked, the app immediately loses access to your Drive.
• Temporary processing only — If the app temporarily processes file data (e.g., for previews or transfers), this data is kept only in memory or short‑lived cache and is automatically discarded when no longer needed.
• Protection against unauthorized access — We use access controls, secure coding practices, and regular security reviews to prevent unauthorized access, data leaks, or misuse of your Google Drive data.

These measures are designed to comply with the different Cloud API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Cloud Media Streamer never uses your Cloud provider data for advertising, analytics, or model training.

In‑App Purchases

• Cloud Media Streamer offers an in‑app purchase to unlock a premium version.
• Transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to payment card information.
• Apple may process data required to complete the transaction according to its own policies. See Apple’s privacy information: Apple Privacy.
• Purchase receipts may be used locally or on a server only to validate premium access. No user profile is created from these receipts.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share, sell, or rent personal data to third parties.

Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not retain any personal information. Receipt data, if stored, is used only to verify premium access.

Your rights

If you contact us about privacy, we will respond and handle your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience. We do not collect information and do not display content inappropriate for children.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the app. Payments are securely handled by Apple’s ecosystem.
